The staff was very attentive from arrival to departure. A complimentary drink was offered during a short wait for the room. Turndown service occurred each evening. This consistent service extended from the front desk to housekeeping, as well as the bars and restaurants.
The gym seemed quite small, and it became overcrowded during busy times. Food felt overly processed for this level of hotel. Scrambled eggs was microwaved, and breakfast fruit like melon and watermelon seemed not fresh.

I arrived and Tony, the doorman, was very helpful. the two reception ladies were smiley. John showed me to my room and he, too, was great. the beds and pillows were really good. It was very comfortable.
the food was basic and overly processed. the scrambled eggs was microwaved. the breakfast fruit wasn't fresh, like the melon.

the gym has five treadmills. there are also three stationary bikes available. the pool area includes fifteen loungers and a shallow end for children. it is a GREAT setup!
